Better treatments for sudden severe hair loss

Hello,

I am 44, good general health, no medication.  I am currently suffering from severe hair loss for about 4 months already.I have suffered from it in the past too,  but it lasted less. Aa result, my hair is not dense  & right now it's thin & spars, more particularily on the top & sides of the head. 

I am currently under treatment of Biotin & Bepanthen (Roch) IM injections, as well as a local treatment with ampouls (Phytotrixil, PHYTO labs, France).

As the current treatment doesn't seem to be efficacious enough I am looking for any helpful recommendations that could contribute to stop hair loss promptly & contribute efficiently to hair growth.
